Returns and Exchange

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. We'll give you a store credit voucher or refund in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less our shipping costs. Please send it back to us in its original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.
It may take 1-5 business days for your return to reach the warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-6 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Once the credit is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges on any products. You would have to return the item, and then place a new order for the new item you are after.

Unfortunately, we don't have a showroom as all products are dispatched from the partners warehouse.
No, Click & Collect is unfortunately unavailable. All items can only be delivered to you.

We offer payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ZipPay, Afterpay, Store Credit and Gift Cards.
Yes! Huut understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.
No, we unfortunately don’t offer a lay-by service. We offer ZipPay or Afterpay as payment options that may be of assistance to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Good question, if you add the item into your shopping cart and when you enter your postcode during checkout. You will then be given the final price for an item inclusive of shipping.
No, Huut currently only ships Australia wide.
No, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they're usually too small to accept most of the items we sell. Most of our goods are delivered by courier or specialist furniture carrier directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery.
Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it.
No, for reasons outside of Huut's control we are not able to request a specific delivery date.
No, as our items are shipped from all over Australia we don’t offer an express delivery service. I’m sorry about that.

Order Queries

Our partners may accidentally ship the wrong item to you. If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pick up and return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.
Our items ship out from multiple warehouses around Australia and this means different products will ship from different locations and may not arrive at the same time. Once an item has left our warehouse you will be sent a "shipped" email confirmation with tracking details. The email will specify which items have shipped and you will receive a separate email for items from multiple warehouses. If the tracking for the missing items shows as delivered then please let us know within 3 business days which item is missing and we will further investigate this.
